Chilled Beam
Chilled beam has become a recommended option in buildings such as offices, hotels and hospitals as a result of the development of the “Green Building” concept in recent years. It is known that this system has some advantages in terms of energy efficiency and comfort compared to other systems that can be applied in commercial buildings.
In chilled beam systems, the heat load is met by the air handling unit and the humidity value is kept at an appropriate level for non-condensing operation. Room air conditioners using low water temperatures cause more condensation and energy consumption than necessary.
EHP TECHNOLOGY CREATING A REVOLUTION IN CHILLED BEAM SYSTEMS IN THE WORLD; WITH THIS FIRST AND ONLY METHOD, THE MOST EFFICIENT, HIGHEST, FASTEST, MOST COST EFFECTIVE, CHEAPEST AND HIGHEST RATE HEAT TRANSFER IS PROVIDED.
As a result, systems with EHP provide rapid and effective cooling without the need to drop to the
condensation temperature.
In units with fan, the heat energy generated by the fan creates an additional cost in cooling. The centralization of the fan system (air conditioning central fan) and the performance increase brought about by low-temperature heating and high-temperature cooling provides a 15% to 30% more economical operation compared to a system using fan coil units. Since the thermal capacity of the system is high in chilled beam systems using EHP, this ratio rises to a value of 40.5%.
